my new Santa Fe Sport

Best dealership I have dealt with in a long long time. Made buying a car a great experience!!! They were not pushy and did not pounce on us like vultures when we got out of our car, they greeted us right away and asked if they could help, but let us look around. Very good experience.

First Veloster

The sales people were friendly and helpful. It was clear they wanted the deal to work. The up-the-sale chart of added charges for various "protections" presented during the papers signing time was annoying. We are enjoying the car without the add-ons.

Steve Allen is great!

Steve was great to work with and was very professional. He has now sold us 2 vehicles and I am sure we will be back for another. I love Hyundai!

Unacceptable

Beyond Unprofessional Sales Team! Overheard group of Salesman making Disgusting & Derogatory sexual remarks about my 21 yr old Daughter while we were there to buy her a new car. One of which was Daniel Rodriguez, the Salesman who was helping us! This Dealership won't see ONE CENT from me or my Family! @Sam Brnovich, @Trey Wiley, expect a complaint letter from me soon!

New Car

Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience. The staff at Palm Springs Hyundai are all very friendly and go out of their way to make the experience pleasant. Steve Allen is probably one of the nicest salespersons I have dealt with in all of my years of purchasing a car. George Nassar the service manager is the best. He always goes out of his way to help me and answer any questions I may have. Ruth Sinfuego the finance manager was also professional and very nice. Thanks to everyone at P.S. Hyundai you are the Best in the Valley.

Sonata Sport

Dealership was able to take our leased car early and also took a Prius in trade. Steve was able to match this price and we agreed on a fair lease deal with the Hyundai incentives.

Palm Springs Hyundai

We test drove the Santa Fe sport and liked the 2.0 Turbo. Since we had to wait until we got the VW diesel money we had to wait for a few weeks and the car we originally likes was sold, but the working with Greg another one came in that we exactly what we wanted. The staff worked with us as the VW still was not set to be turned back to VW dealer for another couple of day. We are very happy with the vehicle so far.

Best car buying experience I have ever had

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Steve made me feel confident in my decision and was very straight forward, honest, and delivered what he said he would. By the end of the transactions I felt as if I had known him for years. Even my wife commented on his great personality. It is because of him that I will not only recommend this dealership, but will come back for my next car as well. I would also like to recognize Todd the general sales manager who was very transparent with all details and has great integrity as he also did what he said he would do and absolutely did all he could to get me the best deal. I checked out 5 car dealerships (different brands) to buy this car and Palm Springs Hyundai made it an easy choice on who to buy from just because of the team. I could have bought for less money but could not find the reason why to do that when I was treated so nice here. Thank you for taking care of me and making my wife happy with a great car. I bought an Elantra

I love my new car. It drives like a dream and has the options I want for the monthly payment I wanted. I've been driving a Hyundai since 1988.

You loose sales when salesmen Pre-Judge people!

The first tier I came in, I was dresses in everyday clothes, and driving my 1999 Tracker. There were three salesmen at desks in the showroom and two of them tried to ignore me. and snickered at the young man who jumped up to talk to me. The young man was very polite. I told him that I would buy a new car within a month, but was not ready to purchase that day. He said that was fine, and when I told him I was used to driving Lincolns or Cadillac's, He showed me the Genesis 80. I was very impressed and came back about a month latter and bought one. I was told the young man no longer worked there. I was sad about that, but I dealt with Greg Dixon, Who was very nice to work with also. Yesterday a contractor who was working on my home said he had wanted to buy a Genesis Coupe, but when he came into that showroom with his wife, they refused to let him test drive one of the cars. He bought a Lexus.
