Steve Allen puts the "C" in Customer service!

This car purchase experience buries the "old car buying experience" forever! I had lots of fun with Steve while learning all about the car. Everyone at the dealer was very professional and kind.

Very professional experience. Extremely satisfied.

This is an excellent dealership. You are never pressured and all questions are quickly answered. The staff find out what you are seeking and act accordingly. This is my second lease with Palm Springs Hyundai and I never considered any place else.

best experience I've had buying a new car

Great experience stress free would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. The only thing that I would have liked was a little bit more off on the price ....

My experience was fine. My salesman was very friendly.

My experience was fine, the only advice I would give to others is: If you have never driven a Hyundai, please take it on a long test drive to be sure you're okay with stiff, rough ride.

We knew what we wanted and the vehicle was on the lot.

So far, we have enjoyed the vehicle. Its the right color inside and out. It has the right engine we wanted. What I didn't like was the car we were looking for was stored at another dealership next door. We got to the lot before they were open and could not locate the vehicle we saw on the internet. We had to go to eat breakfast, then come back to look at the car. Other than that, the experience was painless.

First Time Buyer Feeling....

Absolutely the most positively awesome experience with "REAL" people, in this day and age we experience a lot thru digital/electronic products that it's honestly refreshing to see, feel and know that true customer service is still a major role in this wireless network world.

Sales Person

Greg Dixon was simply amazing he was very thorough and patient in helping me choose the right car. he was knowledgeable about the way the car work and how I can maximize its potential. I will definitely recommend Greg and the dealership to my friends and family :)

Professional all the way!

I really do not like car dealerships but this was a very positive experience with Sam Lancaster and Greg Dixon. I was trading in my 2012 Genesis and knew I wanted an SUV. Told Greg I wanted to look at the Tucson & Santa Fe - looked inside and sat in the Tucson and was not impressed and so we looked at the Santa Fe. I told Greg that I wanted it LOADED (after looking at one not so loaded) - took it for a test drive and picked my color and that was it! I LOVE my Santa Fe. I have been a Hyundai owner of 5 cars over the past 13 years and couldn't imagine driving any other car!!!
