Professional all the way!

I really do not like car dealerships but this was a very positive experience with Sam Lancaster and Greg Dixon. I was trading in my 2012 Genesis and knew I wanted an SUV. Told Greg I wanted to look at the Tucson & Santa Fe - looked inside and sat in the Tucson and was not impressed and so we looked at the Santa Fe. I told Greg that I wanted it LOADED (after looking at one not so loaded) - took it for a test drive and picked my color and that was it! I LOVE my Santa Fe. I have been a Hyundai owner of 5 cars over the past 13 years and couldn't imagine driving any other car!!!

Purchase of a Sonata

It was business like, casual, without any hard sell. My husband and I would recommend anybody interested in purchasing a vehicle to go to Palm Springs Hyundai.

Hyundai

The service was excellent and the dealers were very friendly. I would buy another car in a heartbeat, the customer service here is incomparable to any other dealer I visited, they went above and beyond to show me my options and help me a car that fit me. I would recommend Hyundai of Palm Springs to anyone in search of a new car.

Satisfaction made simple

Everyone was great! George runs a great service center, everyone at PS Hyundai is super nice and work hard. They are all super friendly and very good at what they do. Thank you George, John, Greg.

Best Dealer Ever!

Greg Smith was my sales person and he definitely was The Perfect Sales Person for me. He was Friendly, courteous and Very knowledgeable. This was my first to time buying a brand new car and Greg and all the staff at Palm Springs made it easy and comfortable.

Dealership hid vehicle damage prior to sale.

Vehicle was damaged at time of sale, hidden from me at purchase, then repaired unsatisfactorily after I noticed damage at home. Management team was rude and unhelpful in resolution and to date, repairs are still not done to satisfaction. Very unhappy with service level from management. I would never buy or recommend Palm Springs Hyundai to anyone, and I will be sure to let everyone know of my opinion.

Our Second Hyundai

Palm Springs Hyundai was very good at taking care of our needs. Though we were originally interested in purchasing a car, they assisted us in deciding to go with the lease option. This is our first lease and are happy with the decision.

Whoa Gram in you new Red Sonata!

Can't say enough about my experience purchasing my new red Sonata! The sales staff and all personnel at your Palm Springs Hyundai are the best. Awesome!

Everyone was professional and nice, not too pushy. Would definitely go to Palm Springs Hyundai again and recommend to my friends and family. Will take my Sonata that I bought from LQ Hyundai for service to Palm Springs.

Excellent Customer Service

Negotiating a new auto purchase is not my favorite passtime. However, Greg made the process easy and enjoyable without every being pushy. That deserves 5 Stars!
