While the experience once we actually got there was good,

While the experience once we actually got there was good, my experience leading to the appt was horrendous. I was told on 5/25/24 a part was ordered & I would be called. By Fri, Sept 6th, I decided to call. The person answering asked be to give him "5 or 10 minutes" to check & call me back. On Tues, I tired of waiting & called again. Service said I would need to talk to parts & transferred me. Parts found a record of the work done, but no record of any part ordered. Called Service again, left detailed voice mail. Outgoing message said call would be returned by end of day. NOPE. So called the following day, by now very annoyed, and demanded to speak to Service Manager. Eventually, Ken located the part & scheduled my appt. I doubt I will return to Axis because of this run around. Also, the restroom is not ADA accessible. Not even railings for the stairs!

They are thieves and uneducated I have like the car

They are thieves and uneducated I have like the car 2022 honda civic at their dealership I called the for availability spoke to Roslyn called her self a sales manger and I asked her is their any other fees you guys charge beside car price she said $895 prossceing fee and plus tag and title fee then I confirm with her again next day since I was traveling from almost 300 miles away she said these are the only charges we charge So today I came to dealership test drive the car I said ok I will pay cash .A rude manger I should call it uneducated manger brings me a paper and telling me my total out of door price will be $27495 oh there is reconditioned fees of $6000 we charge I said I spoke to Roslyn and that rude manger SCOTT told me if you want to buy the car it’s this price 27495 if not you can get the F out of the building they are uneducated and thieves , I called back to talk to Roslyn she said I am one hour away from there they should charge you what they are charging you I don’t know any thing and hung up I Will give my money to homeless before I give to them shame on you guys
