Axis will quote you a price over the phone and then when you get there they raise the price by $4,000 saying that the car comes with an extended warranty and GPS service. Very dishonest and I felt very uncomfortable.

found a vehicle online listed at 17000. drove a couple hours to the dealership after inquiring about the vehicle. I check it out, it had an exhaust leak. they said they'd reduce the price to cover the repair. they do the math and the total was 23000. I asked why the price was 6000 over the sticker. they replied taxes and fees. I said you charge almost 5000 to let someone buy a car from you? they said and takes. I said taxes on a car sale are about 7% not 30% scam scam scam. I should've charged them for the wasted day.

Prixe of vehicle was not the same as listed online. Called to verify price and was told $10498.00 = plus doc fees> Drove 1 hour to see vehicle and was told by the manager the price did not include a 2999.00 down payment. Vehicle price was actually $13497.00. TOTAL SCAM !!!! Stay away from these crooks.

Worse place to buy a car, I bought one and now I have to pay around 1700 in repair when I checked with another dealer, they have a sell an name SERGIO, this guy is a piece of xxxx I don’t want anybody have the same back experience.

This dealership is a complete scam, and their sales team are employing fraudulent marketing practices. They list the price of a car online and then tell you there is an “adjusted market fee”. They had the audacity to tell me that I should know better because the price was too good. I drove an hour to look at the car. I’m going to file a review with the bbb, because this was just straight up deceptive marketing and fraud. Avoid at all costs. The sales guy tried to say “that’s just the marketing department”. Shut this place down.

The only good thing about this place with a salesman name Angel. He had as sold with a vehicle and we were ready to buy. Once we went to the office that's when we get turned off feom buying. They have employees that want to make smart comments like little kids. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My car has been there 3 days with no diagnosis yet. Car wasn’t even looked at for the first two days, possibly all three days as I was mot called to be updated.

George was excellent, I had a smooth transaction with finance everything went quickly, couldn’t ask for a better transaction 5 stars
