I bought my car there 10/24/23 @ 9:30am it’s a wk now and I been geting the run around about my car I had no answers about my car but the rep. Was geting smart with me so I had to go there and still nothing done with my car no calls at all to give me an update. That’s because they never did anything with my car it was just siting there 10/31/23 is a wk they had my car and still not giving me no answers. I took my car to Chevy because it’s they car I figure they new what they was doing but obviously not I am very upset about this. I never had a problem when I bought my car there before. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
