I spent over 1900.00 on repair and I’m still hearing the same noises I brought the car in the first place. Im not a mechanic so instead of just listening to the customer’s complaints do a full inspection , the mechanic should drive the vehicle xxxxx the issues and advise the customer on the issues . Don’t wait until the customer pays for one issue see there’s another and bring the car back , that poor service , a waste of time and money sone of us customers have to rent a car and that’s additional money being spent . If that’s the care me as the customer will go some where else for the proper service.

Good and honestly service. PROFFESSIONAL. Take my car once without appointment when they are not busy. Service for oil change experience. Cheaper than other car services for my truck. Outside I got a price for $99 from 2 diff places but dealer was $76 with tire rotate and check the car if anything required so they let me know. Have to wait bet an hr to 1.5 hr. Will always deal with chevy dealership. Trusted and professional. Thanks

The overall review would be better if it didn’t take so long. I always come for an oil change and I’m there for atleast 3 hours and that’s no exaggeration.
