So my issue is not complete yet. No fault to Axis. There is a glitch with a computer program which is not allowing my other fob to be programmed. George and his staff are a class A team. The service team are dedicated to solving the problem. And after talking to Ken. It will be done

Went there an hour for appt and they took me in and
