Could not imagine a more unprofessional, unresponsive and

Could not imagine a more unprofessional, unresponsive and unhappy bunch. They had a car I was interested in. I spoke with 3 sales people and 2 managers. Made an offer of $2k below asking on a $40k car. I had to chase them for days for a response. Finally got a flat no, no counter offer. Fast forward 2 months, they still had the car and had reduced the price to my original offer price. I told them I'd pay their reduced asking price plus dealer fees and pay in cash (or finance if it made it more worth their while). Another week of chasing and false promises about them putting the offer together for me. Several calls to multiple sales people and managers, again no response. Finally, they sell the car out from under me. Not once were any of them courteous, honest, or truthful about following up on their commitments. Bought a $50k car in one day from a different dealer that was nothing but a pleasure to work with compared to these people. STEER CLEAR!
