It was all about the sale for them and not the client.

It was all about the sale for them and not the client. They did not show me all there was to offer and I am not in love with my purchase. I ended up in a base model because the guy assigned to me kept saying it’s all the same thing, not much of a difference between the Equinox LS AND LT BUT THERE IS! Also! I bought a brand new 2023 and should’ve received a better package/maintenance package. They said i had a 2 year maintenance package which ultimately turned out to be one free oil change to be used within two years of purchase. I believe it was just this dealership in particular. A lesson learned but I would definitely shop around.. just not there

Reg the Service Dept Team: the rapport between the

Reg the Service Dept Team: the rapport between the customer & the rep/dept needs improvement. There is a lack of sensitivity to the concerns of the customer. Plus, the wait time for the customer is absurd & seems uncaring. I arrived at the site 9:05 for a 9 am appt....& didnt leave until 4pm. There was NO alternative offered but to wait. That was a long time to wait!! I have always frequented this Chevy dealership for all my repairs since I have had the Malibu & have been relatively satisfied. But, for the past yr, I have had issues after the car had been serviced there. I hope to see service here that warrants Chevy earning 5 stars. It will have to work at it!

I get my card before they close and the next morning my

I get my card before they close and the next morning my wife drove to work and the car don’t work causing an accident and almost lose my wife in a tragedy, now we gonna have expensive insurance + the repairs just because we received the car back with issues.
