I was very pleased with Abel being flexible and

I was very pleased with Abel being flexible and communicative in following up with a replacement part. However the service technicians were a bit messy. Greasy fingerprints on the console and seat.

I have had only good experiences there, in all departments. I worked for a Lincoln/Mercury dealer in California for 17 years, so I know how things are supposed to work. I give them an A+ rating..
