Courteous, responsive to emails and texts. Found the car I was looking for. Very knowledgeable. Great financing offer of 1.9%. Ford emails listed incentives and finance options- very helpful

Mr. Edgar Garcia is an outstanding salesman. He was attentive to our wants and needs in buying our truck. When we arrived, he already had the trucks ready for us to test drive. He made the process smooth and effortless. All the personnel were nice and considerate as well.

We dropped our car off to be worked on the broke the part

We dropped our car off to be worked on the broke the part they were suppose to fix and left the drivers seat inoperable which should be illegal that you can’t move it. They didn’t bother telling us about the problem with the seat. I can tell you if they weren’t so close I would go to another dealer and I probably will after this ridiculous and not the first time they have. A xxxx poor bunch working there and there customer service sucks
