Rick Raver is the Service Advisor and he has an excellent resource of knowledge. My only regret is that I didnt buy my truck from Tom Denchels.

I scheduled with the app and it was confirmed, etc. but when I got there my appointment was not booked at the service desk. I showed him the confirmation. The employee said that happens occasionally. He got me taken care of on schedule so it wasn’t a problem but the internal communication could be better.
