three cars and counting!!

On this day my sister in law mary was out to buy a used car. we naturally suggested tom denchels, as we ourselfs have bought two vehicle there. well it started out by talking up first with Arnold, who sold us our cars..always there to help and friendly. then ruben patiently help mary look over the whole lot until he found her a car, he was most helpful into explaining every thing to her, he didn't charge her for this bilingual interpretation!!. mary then dealt wit h the paperwork guru manny who forever is full of helpful and fun information. .on this day he waited patently as mary hit a snag with her new credit card account. one thing that stands out is that just about everyone we dealt with knows us or family members, which makes us feel comfortable shopping there. if I missed any it was not intended, sorry..again we can not say enough for the team there in prosser. thanks again and no doubt we will be seeing them again.

Great customer service

Genaro at Tom Denchel Ford Country was great to work with. We were looking for a used vehicle with low miles under $10k. He found 2 for us to look at. He made sure all our needs were met & came in under our budget!

Amazing service!!

Ruben went above and beyond to help me get into the car I always wanted as a first time car buyer! I was very appreciative of the quality service I was given and Ruben really working with my budget. Not to mention working with my busy schedule to come in on his day off to help me make the deal! Will definitely be coming back for car purchases in the future!

I become as informed as possible prior to purchasing anything so that I'm not attempting to determine if the salesperson is being forthright. I recognize there are pressures upon the salesperson to meet sales quotas, and so I'll seek another person if the first salesperson is applying too much pressure or speaking false. I was very lucky to speak with Todd Brown, and he calmly worked with me to search for and acquire the right vehicle to fit our needs, which happened to be in the Seattle area. While driving back from camping, the check engine light came on. The maintenance crew found a rock stuck in the primary radiator. They took a picture and sent it to me to prove what the issue was. Shawn Wabeke, Doug Butler, and Abel Valenzuela of the maintenance group were very professional and courteous making sure I had transportation, at no cost to me, to get back and forth to work while they interfaced with the insurance company to get the radiator replaced. A lengthy review, but from the purchasing to finance, and through maintenance, this has been a very good experience for me.

Amazing Service!

Great customer service, no pressure experience

Have bought a few vehicles from them. Doesn't matter who you talk too, always friendly and never pushy. They are patient and helpful. Have purchased both new and used.

Excellent team-willingness to negotiate

I was very satisfied with my experience. They gave a strong trade in offer and also were nice to work with during the negotiation process. There was a price discrepancy between 3rd party website and their internet site, the team quickly made a decision to lower the price of the vehicle I was buying. Which honestly didn’t expect but was pleasently surprised. They have high integrity. I can tell they care a lot about returning customers. Thank you to Genaro, Arnold, David, and Jose. Excellent team all around.
