I was in search for a long overdue SUV for my family and I. Koty was amazing, from the first phone call, and past the sale. Took the time to explain the vehicle.... twice!! Once, to me at the dealership, and once to my wife when he dropped the vehicle off.....at my house.... 35 min out of town! He also took the time to overnight a rack for our paddleboards after the sale. Just to make sure we could take it on our family trip. Accolades go to Koty. If we had tails, they'd still be waggin thanks to him.

I loved working with Koty! He was so nice and helpful. He helped me with not only getting the car but connecting my phone and getting everything set up in my car. I would totally recommend him to others. Whenever I had a question he was always there to help and if he didn’t know the answer he worked hard to find out.

My new car required a exterior corrosion protection treatment. They worked it in to a convenient time for me, after I had missed the first appointment. I appreciate the fast, friendly professional treatment I received and the work was done as expected. They followed up with asking if I had any questions or concerns and I left feeling like the service department took my business seriously. Being that this was an expense to them and no charge to me I didn’t expect the great service I received. Pleasantly surprised and will bring my vehicle back for service as needed.

I had an issue with a coolant leak. The service team was able to help me with a work-a-round (a temporary surge tank) until the parts could be secured. The follow-up repair was performed in less than the estimated time.

The customer service at Tom Denchel is outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and got me into a car that I love!

It was a pleasant shopping experience they were very aware that I didn't want to do that back and forth thing between manager and salesman to me that always seems ridiculous like a game that most salespeople play not my experience with denchils

This Ford Dealership is so different from your normal Vehicle Dealerships. The services received from everybody regardless of your job or tittle is absolutely fantastic, these people are kind courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable about their work. You can be guaranteed the service and workmanship will be the best.

Great customer service and professional sales staff. Finance also really made this a pleasant and easy purchasing experience. If I'm ever in the market for a new vehicle, this will be the first place I go.
