Getting the work done on my Mustang was delayed due to

Getting the work done on my Mustang was delayed due to the paint shop 'sitting' on an item instead of getting the work done. After the 3-4 weeks that the paint shop had the part, the assembly was completed very quickly. Also, I had to put a non-Ford product in my Mustang, in other words, a battery. I'm not satisfied with that happening!

The maintenance manager, Rick, was very professional.

The maintenance manager, Rick, was very professional. He got the part required the same day even though it was the holiday season. His crew was excellent and worked hard to get the part needed installed to get me back on the road. If we lived in the area this would be our 'go to' place for any prepair!

These guys went above & beyond the call of duty to get me my dream vehicle. Within four days of initial contact I was driving off the lot. I love Ford& supporting local businesses,Tom Denchel has a well earned & respected reputation.

Rick suggested having them check a lubrication.

Rick suggested having them check a lubrication. Which they did, and everything checked out good. Also Rick allowed me to leave my vehicle at the dealership over Christmas & New Year holiday (11 days) which allowed me to pick up on the way back to Richland. Right front headlight now works perfect...just like left headlight. Talked to salesman and told him that I was really happy with my Lincoln Navigator, and will be back to buy a 2015 Navigator when I wear out my existing one. They cheerfully said they would look forward to that when the time comes! :)
