Great staff

We have been looking around for a new vehicle and have always liked Toyotas. Vito Vita shared all the right information with us and was incredibly patient! When we are ready to make our next purchase, we will be coming back to see Vito at Koons!!

Great experience. Mark Thursby was very helpful and professional. We drove an hour and every aspect of the transaction was perfect and as expected. We will always buy our Toyota's from Koons and Mark. So Bravo to Mark ,a good guy in the car business.

was treated dishonestly

Called ahead to confirm a used car to test drive, and then drove an hour to look at it, only to find the driver's seat was non-functional and had a big tear in the upholstery. Salesman and manager then proceeded to tell me that the seat would be repaired, and they would call me as soon as it was available and hold the car to give me "right of first refusal." When I didn't hear back, I called only to find they sold they car right out from under me despite the promise. Cannot recommend this dealership as they are not true to their word.

Found the car I wanted and the whole process was done in one day. Todd Hardeman really was helpful through the whole process. Financing department was very helpful.

Great experience, highly recommended

Wanted to take a minute to commend among many, Todd Hardeman for his professional manner that we were recently extended by him. We went on a treasure hunt to replace one of our vehicles, and Todd was almost instantly a friend to us. Absolutely no pressure, and extremely helpful. We were so happy with the way things were going, we decided to purchase two vehicles at the same time. In addition to Todd's attention, I would be remiss not to mention how pleasant and professional each and everyone at the dealership has treated us. In fact, for those old enough to remember the Sitcom "Cheers", we now feel like Norm when we walk in the dealership. From service to porters, all very professional. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle, stop by and ask for Todd. You won't regret it. Todd, thank you again.

Good Experience

We recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Koon’s Toyota in Easton, MD. From the initial inquiry we worked with sales rep Jack Grist. The experience was very pleasant due in large part to the professionalism and attention to detail of Mr. Grist. He went out of his way to keep us informed and was at all times very responsive to any questions that we asked. Since returning home to Delaware with the car he has called to make sure that everything was satisfactory. We are very happy with our purchase and enjoyed the entire shopping experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and we never experienced any high pressure sales techniques. I can without reservation recommend Koon’s Toyota Easton and sales rep. Jack Grist.

Excellent experience

The entire staff were wonderful. Chris was informative and knowledgeable but not aggressive. I would highly recommend him and the dealership. He explained everything about the process of leasing and the benefits for me.

Great

Great experience. This dealership takes good care of their customers and is incredibly friendly, to the point, and welcoming. I traveled 100 miles one way to this dealership and it was worth it. My boyfriend is even considering buying a truck there later this year because they were so great.
