Great experience. Mark Thursby was very helpful and professional. We drove an hour and every aspect of the transaction was perfect and as expected. We will always buy our Toyota's from Koons and Mark. So Bravo to Mark ,a good guy in the car business.

Called ahead to confirm a used car to test drive, and then drove an hour to look at it, only to find the driver's seat was non-functional and had a big tear in the upholstery. Salesman and manager then proceeded to tell me that the seat would be repaired, and they would call me as soon as it was available and hold the car to give me "right of first refusal." When I didn't hear back, I called only to find they sold they car right out from under me despite the promise. Cannot recommend this dealership as they are not true to their word.

Found the car I wanted and the whole process was done in one day. Todd Hardeman really was helpful through the whole process. Financing department was very helpful.

Wanted to take a minute to commend among many, Todd Hardeman for his professional manner that we were recently extended by him. We went on a treasure hunt to replace one of our vehicles, and Todd was almost instantly a friend to us. Absolutely no pressure, and extremely helpful. We were so happy with the way things were going, we decided to purchase two vehicles at the same time. Great experience. This dealership takes good care of their customers and is incredibly friendly, to the point, and welcoming. I traveled 100 miles one way to this dealership and it was worth it. My boyfriend is even considering buying a truck there later this year because they were so great.
