I just got a 2015 Tacoma from Koons Easton and had a great experience. I spoke with a lot of dealerships while searching for my new truck and Koons Toyota was by far the best. I got a great deal on my truck and Chris Willis, Heather Travers and the entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, patient, polite, and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everything is Awesome!!!

Michael was able to get me in and out of there with the car I needed. I came in looking to walk away with a new car and he was able to help me make a decision and inform me about what I was purchasing. Everyone was amazing and I would highly recommend checking them out the next time you are shoppiing around for a new vehicle!

My Toyoto,

I will always take my car to be serviced this dealership. I always get excellent service. If something needs to be done, I am made aware of what needs to be done and I have the option of getting the work done. I have always had problems fixed as needed. My car is going to outlast me. I hope.

Horrible experience....

They are all talk on the phone and in email, before you actually have to visit them. Then the real 'deal' comes out.... I found them to be rude, condescending and unprofessional....on many levels.

Awesome experience in every way!

I am not big on writing reviews but, I have such a great experience I wanted to share. I had been looking for a car for a few months when I found one with all the options I was looking for at Koons. The "Wow" price was lower than any car I had been looking at. In fact the price was so low I was willing to drive from NC to come look at said car. To make a long story short I had spoke with Jan Ewing and Dave Gruber who agreed to hold this car for a week (which they usually don't hold used cars but, he did because I was making such a long trip). Thanks Dave I appreciate you doing that. Through out the week I called Jan several times not to mention the countless text we had back and fourth. Jan went out of her way to give me peace of mind. I was so worried about the car not being there and after several text of me asking if it was still held she sent me a picture of the car around back with a sold sign in the window. My wife and I drive in on Friday night and Jan met us at the dealership. In fact she had already gotten off work and returned to the dealership just to meet us. Jan was so pleasant and was nice to put a face to a person that I had been dealing with me all week. This is when we meet Michael DiDonato who helped us with our paperwork and made the buying process painless. Michael took care of us and he made us feel at ease answering all the numerous questions we had. The entire staff was friendly and helpful giving us local restaurants and attractions to see while we were in town. We made an entire weekend out of our trip to Maryland. One last thanks to Loren Mayr in financing for getting us a low rate and keeping my payments around were I needed them to be. This was a wonderful experience and would dive all the way back to them again to purchase another vehicle.

Very good

Koons of Easton procured car we wanted from another state, and had it there for price we had agreed to. Jan went out of her way throughout the process. She was friendly, pleasant and easy to work with. We were to receive touchup paint after the sale, and Jan followed up and made sure we got it.

Yes we were WOWED, but not in a good way.

Yes they wowed us. What a difference 2 years makes! I bought my truck there 2 years ago and was sold on Koons. Today they treated us terrible. The new manager is a joke and the salesman was asking me questions that a car salesman should already know. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!

2014 Toyota Corolla Purchase

My wife and I discussed the fact that this was a stress free purchase and and that is welcome relief when purchasing a new car. Our salesperson, Joseph Procaccini, was top notch. A nice guy to work with and knowledgable to boot! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. If you shop there please see Joseph!

great sales person price not so wow

Had a great experience with Stephanie she was very helpful and friendly. Had a little problem with wow internet price but understood after explained. After financing and getting home to review paper work realized wow price was not sticker after all rebates and incentives added back. Some numbers where reversed and freight counted twice, once on sticker and again on financing paper work. I am going back to rectify errors. With the excitement of the purchase I did not catch errors at signing hope they will make good.
