Our 2010 Lexus died.

Our 2010 Lexus died. Have liked Toyota's quality and comfort. Walked into the showroom and found a sales associate. What a find! He was and remains a great, supportive, listening and knowledgeable representative of Koons Toyota Easton. He earned a 5-star rating. Looked at two on the lot. Test drove two on and selected the best one for us. Now we are happy new car owners.

Service was fine.

Service was fine. But there is now a scratch on my dash that wasn't there before. Someone in service said that couldn't have happened, as if I was making it up. Don't want a new dash just try to correct it. Trying to get up with the service manager, difficult.
