Wonderful experience! We worked with Mike and Loren. Mike was in constant contact with us, as to when our Highlander would arrive. When it arrived we where in and out!

The Dealership schedule an appointment for us only to find out that they had no one at the dealership to look at the van on Saturday when we arrived, but we were told we could leave the van for someone to look at on Monday. I strongly wish they would not set appointments when no mechanic is available, please just suggest we drop off the vehicle. The agent, Charlie, who called us on Monday and keep us posted on the work was very friendly and informative. He called again when the problem was diagnosed and a solution was found. We were happy with his service! Your scheduling department could do well to train with the service department so everyone is on the same page for the customers!
