This last visit was a perfect example of why; Jason in Service went above and beyond as always to work with me and explore every option available for fixing my Passat, as he knows I am working with a limited budget. Once I decided on the repairs, the service was completed quickly, actually exceeding my expectations. The service and parts depts are always very friendly and willing to help, and I love that they take the time to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly, and also that they follow up with me a couple days later to make sure that everything is satisfactory.
