Their finance department is unhelpful and lazy. Would never do business with them after leaving several messages without return calls to more than one finance employee. It was a simple question that fortunately another dealership was able to help answer. So if you are considering buying a car here, you might just want to ask yourself, “If I have a question about the financing part, will anyone actually call me back.” Your money could be on the line.
