Write a reviewWe bought a new MINI Cooper 2 Door Hardtop from them in October of 2025 and it had electrical issues right out of the gate, having a total loss of instrumentation (speedometer, navigation, safety indicators, etc.) on the highway during rain conditions. It may also have lost lights and safety systems, but there's no way of confirming that. Although it didn't result in an accident, it did endanger my life and was unacceptable for a new vehicle. We brought it in for service and the service department had no idea of how to fix it, waiting 2-3 weeks at a time for parts from Germany to try different diagnostic steps. We started the process of vehicle replacement under the Ohio Lemon Law with MINI USA and reached out to the dealership for assistance after MINI USA delayed responses for two weeks on end and ignored all questions and demands related replacement. Unfortunately, the dealership completely ignored our requests, only getting involved in the effort months later after we had sufficiently escalated things with MINI USA. When they did take in our vehicle, they missed credits for payments on the old vehicle, creating an additional hassle in the process and something for us to track. While we believe this was not intentional, they did inform me that they don't view the vehicle as a lemon and intend to resell it locally, despite the Ohio Lemon Law stating that any new vehicle with over 30 days in service in its first year or so is a lemon. Ours (VIN WMW13GD03T2X78698) qualified there as it had been in service for 6 months, and further qualified as the vehicle's failures were likely to cause injury or death, making it illegal to resell locally. We informed the dealership and governing bodies of this, but it's beyond our control. The vehicle quality wasn't their fault, but their ability and desire to help the customer was very limited from everything we observed over the last 8 months.
