I was treated okay at Alpine Chevrolet and my service rep did a good job. Also, my vehicle was ready based on the estimated time my service rep indicated it should take to complete the services I requested. However, the prices for the services I received on my vehicle seem much more expensive than when this dealership was operated as Len Lyall Chevrolet. Also, I'm rather disturbed by these issues; 1) I had a $20 off coupon for my oil change service and I don't see this applied anywhere on my bill. 2) When my car was returned to me the front of my car looked liked it had been sprayed with dirty water and prior to coming in for service I just had it cleaned...as a result I had to get it cleaned again! 3) I have tried multiple times to call the dealers main number (303- 344-3100) to discuss my concerns but all I get is a message that says "this number is no longer taking calls" and then the call disconnects. I also call their posted service department number (800-706-2814) and it just rings endlessly. Needless to say I'm NOT happy at all with my overall experience at Alpine Chevrolet, Aurora, CO.
