I left the premises three times,but I was pursued to my vehicle, which made me feel harassed. During the transaction, I asked about the F rating and complaints associated with A-1 PreOwned Cars LLC at the same address. The salesperson ordered us off the property and stated, “I have a gun,” in the presence of my father and my 3-year-old daughter. We exited the property immediately after that statement was made. A police report was filed with the Gwinnett County Police Department on May 16, 2026. Before embarking on a visit, it is imperative to consider the following factors: Georgia Secretary of State records show A-1 PreOwned Cars LLC operated as a used car dealership at the same 3705 Buford Highway address from 2019 until its administrative dissolution in September 2024. “A1M Motors” is not a registered business in the state of GA. The salesperson responded by ordering us off the property, calling the police, and stating directly, and I am quoting his exact words, “I have a gun.” My father and my 3-year-old daughter were both present as witnesses when this statement was made.
