I calmly asked the salesperson a factual question about their F rating on the Better Business Bureau and 5 complaints filed in the last 12 months. The salesperson responded by ordering us off the property, calling the police, and stating directly, and I am quoting his exact words, “I have a gun.” My father and my 3-year-old daughter were both present as witnesses when this statement was made. We exited the property immediately. A police report was filed with the Gwinnett County Police Department on May 16, 2026. This is a firsthand factual account of my experience as a customer at this business
