Write a reviewPurchase of the vehicle was pretty quick and straight forward. We showed up with cash, wanting a very specific vehicle. Paperwork was quick, car was advertised as having no issues, and an inspection doc was provided stating there were no issues. We took a quick drive down Boulder Highway, the worst street in the city, and finished up everything pretty quickly at the dealer. A day later we noticed issues with the rear end, it was making clunking noises and felt really rough to ride, especially when accelerating and turning. Took it to a local certified and licensed auto shop, that has a chain of locations across the city. They inspected the vehicle and found that the subframe was completely loose and bouncing around, due to worn mounts and bushings. The subframe required replacement due to the fact that the mounts and bushings aren't independently replaceable or serviceable. Also, due to the subframe issue, the rear differential became misaligned with the transmission and drives haft, causing excessive wear on the rear differential gears, and so the rear differential also requires replacement. Went to the dealer with the shops finds on the same day, and they refused to assist with repairs, stating the car had no issues and was sold as is. Ive already paid to have the subframe replaced ($3k), and am waiting to have the differential replaced. I filed a complaint with the DMV and the State, and pursuing a lawsuit against the dealer for fraud (whether intentional or negligent) for failing to report major issues, whether by intentionally not disclosing, or neglectful by not getting a proper inspection as required by law. Also working with an attorney for pursuing a civil case for the repairs. Stay away from this dealer. My experience should tell you why, nothing more to say.
