This is my third day at Liberty with JC due to myself and my family members purchasing vehicles and it has been an absolute pleasure! From JC and the management team it was a great experience. The customer service and the hospitality has been unmatched! I will be back and definitely recommend liberty along with JC and the team!

While I did start out with a challenging experience related to customer contact for phone systems being down, Tommy was very professional, trustworthy and very prompt with communication via direct messenger and ultimately addressed all of my needs at jeep liberty. I felt my car was in good hands under his care, and would recommend others to work with him. I would/will return should I need further assurance in the future. A+ kind of guy.

He was very knowledgeable on the sale process even with explaining the leasing prospective and the financing prospective. I will highly recommend this dealership to close family/friends. The staff in the dealership are great. Everyone is warm and welcoming. I appreciate the great hospitality and customer service. The little gestures as far as bottles of water, snacks and asking if we’re ok goes a long way. I would personally like to Thank my sales person JC who took care of my whole family for 3 days straight in the car buying process for me and my husband. JC was patient and very knowledgeable. He worked with us with different scenarios for what worked for my family as far as finances and credit. He even taught us a few ways to build our credit while we were working through the buying process. He made sure to answer any questions and gave us great recommendations. This process wasn’t just about a sale it was about what worked best for us and for that I am forever grateful. All around this was a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend JC!
