I found a 2021 low mileage Nissan Altima on their website on Thursday, arrived on Saturday for a test drive with Alex and discussed whether heated seats could be added to the car, came back on Monday to discuss price and picked it up on Friday after the new heated seats were installed. The new registration sticker arrived 10 days later from the state. One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had in the last 30 years and yes, the heated seats work great!

Unexpectedly Thankful
We almost didn't even come into the dealership because the vehicle we saw on their website was sold. We were not expecting much, but so glad we came in. We didn't know Heather Garrow before walking in, but we're so glad to meet her. We told her what we were looking for, and then she sold us something we were even happier with. 2020 Rav 4 purchase
I recently purchased a certified 2020 RAV4 from Della Toyota in Plattsburgh!! After countless hours of searching and dealing with some issues at other dealerships, a coworker of mine told me about Heather Garrow and thought she?d be a better fit to work with! She was right!
