Very professional!! The sales, service, and management team were great! Everyone was very approachable, accommodating and considerate. I would purchase another vehicle from Della Toyota.....just not anytime soon because I like the one I just bought 😉. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 👍👍!!!

I discovered a missing key for my vehicle and even though my truck was used and not a Toyota,they paid for the replacement. This is a true sign of excellent customer service which is very rare today.

Jon and Mitch very helpful and professional. They treated me with respect. They were very polite. It was an easy process. Jon called me the next day to check in on how everything was going. Very nice of him to do that. They answered all my questions.

Mechanical service was excellent. There was room for improvement in the customer waiting area; namely, a woefully sparse and outdated assortment of reading matter, and no coffee!

My daughter and I just recently leased two new vehicles from Della Toyota in Plattsburgh, NY. Our experience with John Peacock and Zack Miller in sales was absolutely great. This was my second time working with John and just like the first vehicle his help and professionalism was top notch yet again. Zack was a huge help this time around and got both my daughter and I into the payment bracket we needed. The service department was quick, friendly and efficient. The sales department and service department are the best I have dealt with. Thank you John and Zach for everything. My family and I will be back for more vehicles in the future.

Alex was my sales rep. He was professional and focused on the customer experience. I cannot speak for their other sales reps or the dealership as a whole but Alex was a pro. I?d go back to him for another vehicle!
