Great service

Always good car service,and,always great customer service. Highly recommend Della Toyota. Buying my car was seamless and pleasurable. Service has been smooth even at this time of a pandemic. Operations in service seem well managed. Thank You J. Goss.

Great experience shopping for a new car

We bought a new Prius Prime from Heather Garrow. We thought she was excellent-- very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was very easy, and we couldn't be happier with our new car. Thanks again to Heather and the whole Della Toyota staff.

Great experience!

I worked with Heather G. and she was absolutely amazing in the entire sales process. She definitely places the customer first and made this experience as easy as possible. The entire team at Della has been great, including Gary and Mitch, and I strongly encourage anyone to go do business with them.

satisfied, but not as a valued customer

I recently took my Nissan Frontier in for inspection and oil change. Before taking my truck to Della Toyota I discovered that I only got on key when I purchased this vehicle. It had been a tough year for my wife and me and I had put less than 500 miles on this truck over the year. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager, his only advise was to get a key at a Nissan dealer. I thought that my being a customer that I deserved a little more help. I thought that I deserved more than a hundred dollar key from Nissan.

Excellent maintenance and easy sale

I have been getting my car serviced regularly by the mechanics at Della. They always do a good job, so I asked about trading in the car for a new one. While there was limited stock, Heather Garrow kept us up date on the deliveries and we finally got one and the trade-in was easy. We could not be happier with the ease of purchase and delivery. Thanks to all.

Unbeatable Service

Heather and the Della Toyota Team were great in helping my husband and I with our trade-in this month. We had some unexpected road blocks in the trade-in process, which were related to our vehicle's loan and Heather and her team were very supportive with giving us advice and the time that we needed to resolve these issues. We left with an amazing new vehicle and we were extremely happy with the trade-in and new purchase agreement. We will continue our ongoing service with the Della Toyota Team and even though we live an hour away, the service at Della is definitely worth the drive!

6 month auto check up

Took my auto in for 6 month check up, haven?t checked to verify they did what was suppose to be done (rotate tires, etc) was told it would take about one hour and it did. Waiting area was clean.

I want to say thank you to Heather Garrow and the team at Della Toyota. Heather was there over several days to answer any question i had. Even on her day off. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted the rest of the process was made very easy. I feel I got a great price for my trade in, and by comparing prices on my vehicle of choice got a great price on my 2016 certified 4 Runner limited. I would recommend Heather and the team at Della Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again.

Great Dealership

Everyone at Della was amazing. They were so responsive and helpful with my search, especially given the pandemic. Heather was incredible! She was very kind and knowledgeable and on top of everything for me. I had to wait for my truck to come and it came early and she was right on for calling me early and helping with everything so it was ready to go when I got to the dealership. You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants to help them get the car they want.
