Great to work with! Kareem Thomas was very friendly and took care of what I needed very well and efficiently. Overall time spent there was not long at all. Went in picked a car that I liked, test drove it, and walked out with it in no time flat. Very well done.

Becoming a new car owner for the first time my experience with naperville toyota was by far the best i would recommend everyone who wishes to purchase a toyota to go to naperville, the salesman who helped me was very helpful and did everything he could to make this first time experience great the salesman name is Dana Armitage and i would recommend people to him because he is a great person he made sure that my family that came along were comfortable and well, so with all that said yes naperville toyota is a great car dealership and im grateful for being able to get a brand new car as a first time buyer thank you naperville toyota for the help and thank you Dana for being a great salesman.

I've never liked buying cars but Blas honestly made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Blas was so polite and friendly. I never felt like he was pushing me to buy anything I didn't want. If a car was too much, wrong color, or whatever, he would just say okay let's go find you another one. He spent extra time with us while my wife and I both test-drove and looked at every inch of the car. At one point I asked him to lower the price--Blas was so friendly that when the paperwork started flowing, I realized he hadn't dropped a dollar and the kicker was that I didn't really care. Great guy. I will tell anybody I know who's looking to buy a car to go see Blas Cielo because he rocked it AND because I didn't have to test drive any where else.

Toyota is a friendly dealership with delightful staff. Alain was nice and helpful throughout the experience. Even the finance manager, Gary, was helpful in finding us the best financial options. However, there was a bit of confusion with finance as things were not clarified until the end. But this mishap was partially both parties faults. Overall, I love my new Toyota and thus far will continue to go back to Naperville Toyota in the future.

As a first time car buyer I went on dealer rater to see which dealerships were rated best in my area. Toyota of Naperville was at the top of the list. I went there on my first and only visit to a dealership. I was warmly greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. Far from what I expected. The process was simple and Chris even went to get my car fr another dealership. Once it was here he showed me everything I need to know and answered all my questions. So far I am impressed and I am recommending Toyota of Naperville to everyone I know. Keep up the great work!!!!
