Very pleased with my new car purchase!
This was my first new car purchase and I was very pleased with Lamacchia! My sales representative was great! He wasn't the typical sales person who pushes you to make a decision. I was able to take my time and have all my questions and concerns answered! I ended up with a beautiful car and a great deal! I would definitely recommend Lamacchia and I am sure I will be back again for my next car purchase!

Great New Car Buying Experience. Fast and Friendly
We bought two new Honda's last year at this dealer. Just traded one in for a New 2013 Honda Accord EX-L 4 door sedan. Love the car and highly recommend this dealer. We drive 55 miles from home to purchase from Lamacchia Honda. Prefer over our local Honda dealership. No hassle and NO OLD BOY wrangling on terms. Jim G.

I have been to this dealership twice. I leased a 2011 Honda Accord last year. I was so happy with the first purchase that I just went and leased a Honda Civic Hybrid for my girlfriend. I could not be happier with them and I cannot wait to get my hands on that new Accord in February of 2014!!

I brought my car in for a shake felt in the steering...
I brought my car in for a shake felt in the steering wheel. My husband changed all pads and rotors a month ago with $800 of high end brakes from Napa. The shake was there months before the brakes were changed and still the day after he changed them. We finally decided to bring the car for diagnosis because it is still under warranty. The service manager so much as TOLD my husband he did NOT take the brakes off or check the calibers but they still charged us the $100 to look at the car. This is the 3rd and LAST time I will deal with Lamacchia Honda in Syracuse, NY. They do NOT LISTEN to their customers, they make their own judgements with out looking at the car, they do not have an once of truthfulness in them.

Look elsewhere For good repair service. Paid diagnostic fee, questioned repair action, dealer refused repair work & kept fees w/out explanation. Not the level of service you'd expect from taking care of your auto.

I've been using this dealership for the maintainence and...
I've been using this dealership for the maintainence and repair job of my Honda for more than three years. Not because I like it, the reason I go to it is only that the other Honda dealership (Hondy City, in Liverpool, NY) is too far from where I live (in Syracuse). The quality work is very bad. When they fix one problem, there are always new problem occuring around where they did the work. I became very suspicious about their quality of work. I have wrote these in the survey to Honda, and really hope that there is another Honda dealer in or more closer to the South and East side of Syracuse. Their price is OK, but overall I strongly recommend NOT to go there if you have any other choice. They just create problems and keep you coming back. It is either their technicians are very bad, or that (I hope this is not true) they have the habit of keeping the car with new problems.
