We purchased a new 2019 Chevy Silverado Z 71 truck on March 8, 2019, from Botnick Chevrolet - Binghamton, NY. Our salesman was Jon Rybacki. We have owned 4 Silverados prior to this purchase. Jon was great to work with! He came thru on everything we requested on preparing this new vehicle for our pickup. We felt no pressure to purchase anything. The entire Botnick staff was very friendly. Amanda (saleswoman) even assisted physically in transferring ourTonto cover from our 2015 Silverado onto our 2019 Silverado. As of March 14, 2019, we are very satistfied with the Botnick dealership. Poor communication. Not willing to work online
It's 2018. I SIMPLY asked what kind of deal could we make. The only response I kept getting was come in if you want to make a deal. You can buy a car online and have it delivered to your house now. So why can't the staff there come up with a price with out me having to go in to the stroe? Wanted to bring cash so I needed to know how much for the certified check. Very disappointed. I will say all of my contact was online with one staff as far as I can tell. So I can not speak for the dealership in all. But if that's how they treat all customers I would not be very optimistic.
