They opened a bank loan without my permission
Last week I got a Toyota Corolla from them. I went in for a LEASE, but they put the car in as a BANK LOAN without my permission. They switched the paperwork for LOAN paperwork while continuing to discuss and negotiate LEASE terms verbally to distract me. This is unethical and ILLEGAL. I will be consulting with my lawyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM CAR DEALER.

Fast, friendly, courteous and completely professional.
Fast, friendly, courteous and completely professional. Had my 10 thousand miles "cost included" service on my 21 Tundra 4x4 pick up. My particular service advisor was nothing short of excellent. I am new to Toyota, but I love the truck, and if and when it comes time to trade in / up, I will absolutely be going to Basil Toyota.

Shady dealer
Went for an inspection and they of course found something wrong and gave a $2200 estimate. Took my car to another mechanic and he said that it should definitely not have failed inspection. I decided to do the work with him anyway to avoid future issues and the bill came to $800. They jylust try to prey on people
