This experience started off well but in closing the sale
This experience started off well but in closing the sale our representative made significant errors (saying they forgot to charge us a down payment and therefore we could not pay at the time) to then realizing they actually had, days later, when we don’t live close by. This is beyond ridiculous.

The sales staff at Basil went above and beyond for our particular issue - trading in a car that had broken down in Buffalo and buying gently used RAV - all done long distance as we live in Rochester. I can’t say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of sales manager Mick in helping us out in a tough situation. The car pickup went like clockwork - thanks Nate. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations with my car repair. I made my appointment with John. They took me on time and finished the repair earlier than expected. Afterwards, he explained what they found with my car and the repair they made. The price for the repair was very competitive (exactly what they quoted). This dealership offers very professional customer service that underpromises and overdelivers. The waiting room was also very nice. I'll definitely be back there.
