Orleans Ford

Be careful where you buy! 2 weeks to the day after taking delivery I have an issue, take it back, the guy actually had the nerve to come out with an estimate for over $3,000. I just payed almost $40,000 for the truck, 3 weeks later they want another $3,000! After leaving I get a call back wanting me to buy and aftermarket warranty THEN come back and have them pay for it (dishonest much) ? I will pay literally any other ford dealer to repair this before giving this place another penny.

Bought my truck there came in with scratches,sales o]person did nothing about,complained and got a message from the owner george bidelmen,called back to number and it was out of servive,truck never got fix from the time of delivery with the damage,I wouldnt recommend this dealer if they gave me a free car. The owner also called me about my car for sale,and said it was for him,which was a lie,he buys cars and sells them for profit,he never did stop down to look at my car,made some xxxxxxxxx lie again. Blocked from my phone,never again will deal with orleans ford or george bidlemen dealerships

My experience with Orleans Ford and it's staff was the best I've ever had with a car dealership, and I live in Everett, Washington, 2600 miles away. Starting with Eric and Justen in sales, Stephanie in Finance and Gloria in buyer turnover the process was smooth and easy. The deal was exactly as we discussed, the vehicle was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend considering Orleans Ford, no matter where you live.

I have bought cars from many dealers in my life and had very stressful interactions with sales people and walked out, Justen and Dave were the most professional and nicest sales people I have ever met ! Kind , courteous and no rush at all and NO pressure ! It was like talking to my friends and family. I cannot say enough on how the staff treated me. It was a pleasure ! The Orleans Ford staff are amazing, We worked with Tiana, she met us outside, greeted us, and right from the jump had everything lined up and ready to go from the test drive to the final signature, she had everything set and ready. Hands down this was the smoothest vehicle purchase experience I ever had. We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle purchase.
