Excellent service!!!

I would highly recommend dave smith ford. I have leased my last 3 vehicles from them. Have had nothing but the best experience each time. I will definitely be back!! Plus my salesperson Kevin "Duce" was awesome!!

Great Process

Larry Hickmott was very patient, considerate and he listened to my request. He made the buying process very easy. He did not pressure me to by in any way. He was very careful to comply with my request. He was an excellent salesperson that I would return to him again. I am very pleased with my new car. This is the fourth Ford I have driven.

Gavin Struzik

2016 Ford Escape

Guy Pepe was our sales rep. He never made us feel pressured to make a decision, but did a great job highlighting the features of the new car. I would absolutely recommend Guy. The whole sales team made us feel comfortable.

Outstanding Salesman (Guy Pepe)

This is my third truck that I leased through Dave Smith Ford. I am always satisfied with the knowledgeable salesmen and stellar service that I receive. Guy Pepe worked with me during this transaction and was able to assist me in not only getting into a great Explorer but was also able to help me transfer out of my existing lease. Guy made it easy and comfortable to make the deal happen. He is always very accessible and punctual. I can't think of any reason that I would not come back to Dave Smith for my next vehicle or send a family member or friend to do business with Dave Smith and specifically Guy Pepe. Thank you Dave Smith Ford for another stress free transaction!

New Ford Fusion

We went in looking for a used car and left with a brand new Ford Fusion. The process was smooth and everyone was very helpful. Our salesman, Kevin, was very helpful and put us in the best deal possible!! We will be recommending them to all our friends and going back for all future car purchases. LOVE our new car!!!

Great Service

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Kevin Burlingame. He is wonderful to work with and listens to the customer. He is very pleasant and just a really nice guy! We will be back to purchase all of our vehicles from Kevin!

Fast, quick and easy

I was very satisfied with how quick and easy my deal went through. Justin Morton was pleasant and I never felt pressured. I do have one question of sorts that has nothing to do with Justin but with a decision by the sales manager. I came to Dave Smith through a reference from my daughter who had just purchased an Escape. Both she and I were informed that for successful references a gift of $100 would be issued. This was something that was promised, yet the sales manager dropped the gift to $50 because I used a "Friends & Family" discount. This is small but still it comes across as petty and very disingenuous. Having a discount should have absolutely no bearing on a promised gift for a referral. This is bad business ethics, the rules were arbitrarily changed. Respectfully, Frank Lowinger

Good fortune right from the parking lot.

My wife and I were met in the parking lot by Rob Cruze . He had asked us if he could help? I pointed to my Ford Freestar and said, "I want something just like that." ( knowing full well that there was nothing to match my Ford Van") He replied, I know just what you mean, and promptly led us the the very car that had all the bells and whistles I could ever ask for. It had the ride, low miles and look that my wife and I felt would meet our needs.
