I have never had a negative experience

I have had nothing but problems with my kia since I purchased it. That being said, I have never had a negative experience at the Northtown Service center. Brian especially has gone out of his way to help me and make sure my car is running smoothly and that is greatly appreciated

Everyone was really knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone was really knowledgeable and friendly. They addressed all concerns and did a great job with the work. I will keep coming back for all service needs on my vehicle.

While we felt the service provided was done well,

While we felt the service provided was done well, the cupping that our tires had was mainly due to the power steering issue, and they should have been covered as well. Also, we had to push for the rental car to be covered, and that should have just been offered to us due to the fact that the power steering problem was a manufacturere defect.

Exceptional - Clearly Northtown must be a front

Exceptional - Clearly Northtown must be a front runner in vehicle service and customer care; The buildings are clean, convenient and welcoming. It is the customer service that is second to none. I see your customer service delivery, consistent throughout all employees that have a part of our servicing, to be extraordinary. Your employees treat customers with an equivalent degree of service akin to Disney or a 5 star resort. Our service technician/customer representative was named Margaret. She was honest, professional and respectful about what my car needed. She is awesome, and i appreciated all her efforts throughout the day to keep me informed about my automobile.
