Thanks to Matt for an extremely painless sales
Thanks to Matt for an extremely painless sales transaction. Done through text like I asked/needed and didn't try all the usual sales tactics. Answered any and all questions quickly, accurately and with documentation. When we arrived, the car was ready to go, five minutes of signatures, a tour of all the corvettes and we were on our way. This is how deals should be done. Totally recommend, will be back for the next one.

I bought a used 95 Firebird from them and had the
I bought a used 95 Firebird from them and had the standard used car warranty. The AC didn't work within a couple of weeks after I purchased it. The AC and components were not covered under their used car warranty but they fixed it with a new compressor and a few other parts and did not charge me!! Before I picked the car up they also put on 4 new tires and new brakes on all 4 wheels. Great customer service!

Order/Purchase of New Z51 Corvette
After two years on the order list and thru a GM strike Van Bortel stuck to their promise to deliver my 3LT Z51 Corvette at MSRP. Matt Fagenbaum my salesman was with me thru the wait list process. I wanted to get the new Ripetide Blue color and Matt showed me the color last spring. He kept me informed as we went thru the process and informed me of many opportunities on other new vettes that came up. But I still waited for the new Blue. When it came in my wife and I went to see it. It was great. only the mirror color was not what the GM tool showed. Matt and team reached out to repaint the mirrors and that was wonderful of them. They provide quality and personnel service. Feels like a corvette family.
