Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Diana was especially helpful and friendly. The waiting area was nice and clean. I appreciated the bottled water and coffee while waiting.

I have two Fords that I bought from and have serviced at this dealership. Excellent work and follow ups. They even perform some services on the cars at my home. That’s convenient!

I just wanted to let you know that they left the front passenger-side tire loose and the brake dust shield bent, causing a lot of noise when braking. I’ve fixed it myself, but I find this very unprofessional—this kind of thing could cause accidents. I am never taking my car there again.

I am very happy with my new vehicle, but I am disappointed with my overall delivery experience. My salesperson, Anthony, was professional and took the time to show me the basic features of the vehicle, which I appreciated. However, the process leading up to delivery was frustrating and disorganized. We had already agreed on pricing on Saturday, but I did not receive the final bill of sale until Monday morning. Because of that delay, I had to cancel and redo my loan paperwork to ensure the numbers matched correctly. This could have been handled before delivery day and would have made the process much smoother. I was originally expected to arrive at 9:00 a.m., but the vehicle was not actually ready when I got there. The gas tank had not been filled, and I was told the vehicle still needed to be prepared. As a customer purchasing a brand-new vehicle, I expected it to be fully ready before my scheduled pickup time. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the vehicle at delivery. The exterior and interior did not appear to have been properly detailed. There were marks and stains that I had already noticed during my visit on Saturday, which led me to believe the vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned before delivery. I ultimately paid to have the vehicle professionally cleaned myself after leaving the dealership. I was also disappointed that much of the factory plastic had already been removed. For many customers, taking delivery of a brand-new vehicle is a special experience, and I would have preferred to remove those protections myself. While I am very happy with my purchase and appreciate Anthony’s efforts, the dealership’s preparation and delivery process did not reflect the level of service I expected when purchasing a brand-new vehicle. I hope this feedback is used to improve the experience for future customers.

We had a great experience with Diana in the service department! I had come with my 1 yr old twins and they made the experience extremely effortless. They kept me up to date with my appointment and time it would take to complete. She showed me where I could enter the dealership with my stroller with ease. She went above and beyond as well as the other staff to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!
