Willowbrook Ford Kia

I recently bought a new car from Willowbrook Kia and I can not imagine having a more rewarding car buying experience. I didn't expect much from the sales team, but boy was I surprised. John Petro was an absolute encyclopedia of car knowledge and attentive to my wants to a fault. Even more surprising, he did not try to sale me a much more expensive car, even tho I was clearly interested in it. If you want to find the best car deal tailored for you, I would suggest looking up John, even if you are not interested in buying a Kia!

Dragan is the 5 stars of the dealership. Super helpful, friendly and zero pressure. Provides options and lets you decide. Felt like I was empowered to make a good decision for myself. Dragan is who to go to if you go there! The financial guy of course tries to pressure you into spending extra money on nothing. Make sure to slow down and ask questions.

Diana in the service department always does a nice job of keeping you in the loop on service. Dealership is comfortable to wait, and if you walk a short distance there are restaurants close by as well; including a good place called Stats. Work is done well by technicians. Highly recommend the service department at Willowbrook Ford.

Dave was great to deal with no high pressure sales. I told him I needed time to decide between two vehicles and would get back to him. I came back the next day and bought a 2024 Ford Edge. It was a breeze doing the paperwork and the financing . Dave took his time and explained the different features of the vehicle. There are several Ford dealerships closer to where I live but it’s worth the extra distance to go to Willowbrook Ford
