I took my car to them because I had become very disenchanted with my previous Ford dealer, whom by the way I loved very much. For the same job they quoted me about $600 less. While it was still quite inexpensive job, they did have the best price of The other Ford dealerships I called. The service reps are amazing, very helpful, very personable, very thorough with their explanation of what's being done. They gave me a loaner for the first job which was a big one. My previous dealer did not do that. Never gave loners and with this second job they offered to take me to the mall or anywhere I wanted to go until the job was done again. My previous dealer did not do that I would highly recommend Bob rohrman Ford.

I bought a 2025 Ford Transit 350 from Schaumburg Ford about a month ago, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. The van was delivered with a missing driver’s side door handle The salesman, Brandon, assured me it would be fixed the very next day. Fast forward a month later, and the door handle still hasn’t been installed. I’ve followed up multiple times and keep getting the runaround with no real resolution. It’s frustrating to spend this kind of money on a new vehicle and have to deal with something so basic not being taken care of. At this point, it feels like once the sale was made, customer service completely disappeared. I would not recommend Schaumburg Ford based on this experience. If you do decide to buy from them, make sure everything is 100% completed before you leave the lot.

The dealership was extremely inviting from the welcome person to Tom our sales associate, at no time did they make us feel like prey to try to take advantage of, would definitely recommend!

My warranty work on my Mach E was done with their usual professionalism and courtesy. My only complaint is that when I received my car back (driven by a porter from Rohrman) the radio was so loud that I was afraid it would blow one of my speakers. That would certainly have been a repair out of their pocket. Please try not to send out a porter that is he]ard of hearing.
