I had a coupon for oil change from Arlington Lexus for a cheaper price, I asked them to honor it, it was not done, I prefer that you honor the other dealers

Great Service
Brought my wife's RX350 into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. My wife and I were extremely happy when we saw that Tonya was working. She took care of everything for us, she even told us about a couple of other things that needed attention at the same time. Car is good for another 5K miles. As always, Tonya was great to work with.

Great experience
All I wanted was a check of my tires due to a low tire indicter. I was surprised to find out I had a puncture. Tammie checked and found out we had the warranty and she had the tire replaced for me. Needless to say I was very pleased.

My dad and I came here to shop for a RX 350 that he saw on their website. We were greeted by a very nice salesman Mike Nesic. He was great very knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. We ended up purchasing a Lexus from here and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Mike thank you to the finance manager YASMINE she was outstanding and made the sale easy. If you’re shopping for a new or used Lexus this is the only Lexus dealership to visit in the Chicagoland area!
