On time, but...
I dropped my Rx450H off for 30K mtc., and started with Nick Garcia. He is the reason I gave more than 1 star. He provided me a loaner. and I asked how long the service would take as I only had to run and get groceries and I'd be back by the time the work is finished. He said about 1.5 to 2 hours. He then turned the call over to Tonya for some reason. I left at 9:30, returned at 11:15. Tonya was with another customer at the time, so I went to the waiting room. She came over there a few minutes later and told me it would be about another hour - I don't believe she had them even start on my vehicle until just then. So I had to wait around for another hour. I had "prepaid" for several maintenance visits when I purchased my vehicle in July. Tonya charged me (initially) for this visit - $400 some dollars. I told the cashier there shouldn't be a charge because I prepaid. She took the bill to Tonya who removed the charge and apologized. This was a careless oversight from sub-par staff that shouldn't be working at Lexus. This was not my first time with Tonya handing my maintenance, but it will be the last. Lastly, please do something with your customers' waiting area. Seriously, you're a Lexus dealer, not Honda. Get those filthy green chairs reupholstered or replaced. Your entire dealership is going downhill, and I've been a customer for about 10 years, so I've witnessed the decline. I'm considering switching to Arlington Lexus.

Bob Schmerler should not be working at Woodfield Lexus....
Bob Schmerler should not be working at Woodfield Lexus. Either he had no knowledge of how to open emails or he is the most dishonest person I have met. He, from what I can tell, purposely delayed an end of the year sales event in order to get me to pay financing in the new year.

Quality service, Fair Price
I have always hesitated to use dealership service, but with the Lexus Service Department servicing a Lexus it makes sense. The quality of the vehicle itself has kept my recurring maintenance bill down, so I find the quality of service high and the price I pay more than fair. In addition, the report I get back is very detailed, and that is appreciated. I highly recommend.

Service for 100,000 miles and to replace front park
Rich was excellent. Never worked with him in the past. I wasn't sure if I was going to repair sensor but ask Rich to get an estimate to repair. He provided it and I said go ahead and repair.

Randy made it very easy to spend well above my budget and add just about every upgrade. He even skipped lunch to take care of my mom and I. So far, the only disappointment is that I was told someone would call me to schedule my "Ultimate Package" upgrade - something to protect the car in the city driving that I do every day? No one ever called and I emailed Randy to ask about it and never received a response. Now I am traveling the rest of the month and don't have time to get it in collect my IOU...

Dealership atmosphere very welcoming. Dealer very warm and approachable. He answered all my questions very clearly. I never felt pressured or pushed to purchase.
