We have purchased five vehicles at Fox and have our cars serviced there, as well. We consistently receive excellent and friendly service, attention and the time necessary to answer our questions. Kyle assisted with our most recent purchase of a new Yukon. He spent hours with us, answering our questions and demonstrating many of the technical details of the vehicle. We would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new General Motors vehicle or a used vehicle from their lot.

Terrible car buying experience Len has the worse
Terrible car buying experience Len has the worse customer service ever seen. I only hope Fox Auto can provide better mentors for their younger sales people

What’s going on Fox?
I’ve been going here for years and service is usually top notch. Today not so much. I had to arm wrestle the new attendant just to get my questions answered reluctantly. I put out the opportunity to upsell me for a system check I wanted performed and she shot that down like it was an inconvenience. I brought my vehicle here because I’ve always had great service starting at the front line and only want great certified mechanics working on my vehicle. I still want to believe that’s what I’m getting but when you get service like this, it makes you worry about the quality of work getting done in the garage. I had to reset my engine oil life in the computer even though it was checked off on check sheet as being done and had to double check and make sure my air filter is good and it’s dirty and needs to be replaced.

Not Thorough
I have always been very happy with Chuck and sales. However are on the 22nd of April I took my car for a four wheel alignment. It is their policy that they also do a multi-point vehicle inspection when they have your vehicle. After I picked my vehicle up from the inspection I heard a noise and took it to my normal mechanic. He found that the rear a arm bushing was bad and questioned why they would do the alignment with a bad bushing. The A arm bushing is part of the system involved in an alignment. They also checked everything as good on the multi-point inspection. I called Patty and the service department and she said she would get back to me. I did not receive a return phone call that day so I called back the next morning. Patty was very pleasant and stated that the technician did not have my vehicle on a lift and that he did not have to adjust anything on the rear tires for the alignment. I feel that since they did a multi-point inspection and an alignment which involves the bad a arm bushing that they should have caught that. As a business, I feel it would have been in their best interest to at least offered me a second alignment at a reduced price, rather than just saying I'm sorry.

Amazing place to buy a car and the best body shop!
I bought my first brand new car here and the service was the best I had been around for a dealership while looking. I took it back a year later to the body shop to get a door fixed and It doesn’t look like anything ever happened!

Kind and Helpful
