From there, I negotiated the entire deal over the phone with Mark and Gigi — no need to sit around a dealership for hours. When I came back in to sign, I was in and out within 90 minutes. A huge thank you to Mark Graffagna, Mike Alder, Gigi Demirovski, and Sofia Marinopoulos for going above and beyond to get me into my new car.
