I just bought a new X2 after 18 months of searching for the right car for me. Bill Earnest at Bill Jacobs was great! He periodically sent emails with options of cars, and once I decided, the process was seamless. it was a long distance purchase since I moved out of state (Florida) 5 years ago, but have always trusted Bill Jacobs. This is the 8th car I've purchased from them. I'm just bummed I live out of state and won't be able to use Bill Jacobs (Jeff Hulsubus) for my service needs.
