We had a great experience purchasing our X5 from Bill Jacobs BMW as out-of-state buyers! We drove from Cincinnati because they have a great selection in stock. Also, they were friendly, honest, and straightforward from the very beginning. Communication leading up to our trip was excellent. Kevin and Gigi were always responsive, transparent, and happy to answer all of our questions. Even after it taking over a month for us to decide. A special thank you to Kevin for taking such great care of us before and throughout the day. He is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Also, to Rayyan, the (BMW) Genius, for getting everything set up before our drive home. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service really stood out. If you're looking for a dealership that's honest, professional, and values its customers, we recommend Bill Jacobs BMW. Even if you're buying from out of state, don't hesitate, the trip is worth it!
