I had a great experience purchasing my BMW X1 from Bill Jacobs BMW. From the beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and straightforward. Russ was excellent to work with—he was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood the vehicle, the CPO warranty, and everything involved in the purchase, and worked to make the entire process as easy as possible. What I appreciated most was the transparency and communication throughout the deal. Everything we discussed was handled professionally, and when I came in to finalize the purchase, there were no surprises. Russ made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving away. I absolutely love my BMW X1 and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Bill Jacobs BMW, and especially Russ, to anyone looking for a BMW.
