I bought my new Journey in 2012. It had a 5 year warranty on it. Never once I have used it. My oil pump went out. Had it towed 1.5 hours away to a Dodge dealler here in California over 8 days ago, after trying to get it in for over a week. They called today saying that if I don't show proof of oil changes for the last 5 years that the warranty will not cover it. First year I did pay to have the oil changed in Honolulu only because my husband was deployed. Last 4 years he has done it himself. So they are making is pay for it, oh and my warranty is up on the 25th. No way can I afford this, and they are so very rude. Never go with Dodge again

Tried for 3 Days to get them to send a picture of a vehicle online a thousand emails and calls no photos would not recommend the dealer.

Told them what i was looking for and after a short time got exactly what I wanted. Gave me a good value on my trade-in. Martin Hanley our sales guy was excellent and easy to work with. Check him out when you are looking for a new car!

This was by far the Greatest buying experience!! Martin (my sales rep) was phenomenal. There was no pressure and he knew exactly what I wanted in a Jeep and found me the perfect one! He took the time to go over all the details of a new Jeep after the purchase and helped me with understanding all the features of it.
