Curtis was an awesome salesman!

We went in and met Curtis, our salesman, and told him what we were looking for. We were very specific about colors and features. He told us he would check their inventory and get back to us and he did. We met a day or so later and he showed us a couple of vehicles that were just what we were looking for. No more, no less. Then we test drove and chose the one we liked. He did not waste our time. This is the third vehicle we have bought from the dealership and he was the best salesman we have ever had.

Unless you want to toss money out the window...do not take your car here for service! I had my car towed to Hall for repairs. It is the first time I have had trouble with the car since I purchased it. It would not start and we were unable to jump start it. Very shortly after dropping it off, Joe in service called my husband to let him know the alternator, the battery, AND the starter all needed to be replaced. This came with a price tag of $967 plus tax. Now, we don't know a whole lot about cars, but the starter seemed pretty unlikely. My husband asked Joe a few questions..basically trying to get him to say the starter might be ok or something along those lines. Joe's final word on it was, "the starter is definitely bad..it needs to be replaced". I didn't trust it. We decided to have the car towed to another shop. We went to Hall to meet the tow truck so we could go in and get the keys. When I told Joe we were taking the car, he said, "ok..we'll start getting it down and get it all buttoned up for you"...trying to make me think they were still working on it! I said...well that shouldn't be necessary..I just saw it in the parking lot...in the same spot we left it in yesterday. I got crickets..then he got me the key. I had the car towed to Logan's which is right down the street and they were awesome! The car was fixed in about 2 hours and for less than half the cost. The starter that so badly NEEDED to be replaced is still on my car and working perfectly fine. HALL IS DISHONEST and I will NEVER take my car there again...not even for a free oil change!!!

Couldn't get a sales rep interested in helping us

We wanted to buy a new Chrysler, 2012 200 but didn't see any in the few Chrysler out front, most were 300 models. And no sales rep came to talk to us, 2-3 seemed to be too busy chatting with others & looked like they ignored us.

Satisfied Customer

Excellent service, very satisfied with everything and would recommend this dealer. I'm new in town and this was the first place i went looking for a car and since the first second there i felt confortable, they answered all my questions and helped me with my choice.

Poor customer service

Purchased demo vehicle that had damages to body and interior(sold vehicle as new). Upon numerous revist to have said repairs made over and over, the last visit to dealership damage occured from there prep department. It has been since july 2012,and dealership refuses to make repairs that happen on there property. I will not recommend to any friends or family members to purchase any vehicle be it new or used.

new car purchase

our experience was great. we looked online and sent an email inquirying about the vehicle we were interested in. we received a call the next morning as well as email and was given names for the internet team. set a time to meet. was notified the friday before we drove 2 hours on saturday in the rain that the vehicle was still available. arrived and was put into contact with the internet team and then assigned a salesman. tharrington battle took us for a test drive and we came back and purchased the vehicle. the sales team and finance team worked with us and we were able to drive off in a new vehicle.

Pleasantly Surprised

We had a great experience at Hall Jeep with Dave Moore. We were pleasantly surprised that we did not get any high pressure salesmanship typically seen at other dealers. He listened to our needs and went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted. The people in the business office were knowledgeable and worked with us to get the best financing rate. They were sensitive to our time and worked as quickly as possible without making us feel rushed along. We would highly recommend Hall Jeep to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

New Car Purchase Experience

Tharrington Battle provided the best vehicle purchase assistance that my wife and I have ever experienced. Very straight forward, and to the point. I will most definately recommend Tharrington to family friends that ask about purchasing a Jeep. Purchasing my vehicle with Tharrington was stress free. Awesome. My wife is very happy. Thanks again.

Outstanding experience

We flat towed our Jeep Wrangler to Virginia Beach behind our RV to visit family on the July 4th holiday last week. Upon our arrival I went to put the transfer case back in gear when something in the shift linkage snapped. I was able to get underneath and put it in gear so it could be driven, but we obviously were in need of immediate service so we could tow the car home at the end of our visit. Without an appointment I stopped at Hall Jeep on Thursday 7/5. Al Hansen in the service department put me at ease immediately, telling me parts were on hand and the problem could be fixed that day. He said it would be about an hour and a half before they would get to look at it so I went for a walk to buy a magazine and water. I was gone about 25 minutes, and when I walked back inside the waiting room Al was looking for me. The car was fixed at a cost under $75. I never write reviews, but felt compelled to do so now because of the great service I received. I live in NY State, the chance of me being a return customer to this dealer are unfortunately remote but Al still treated me fantastically. I'm in debt to Al and the service technicians at Hall Jeep for their assistance and keeping my vacation on track.

Look out for this dealersip!!!!!!

Hey everyone this dealership had my truck in the service department and gave my keys to someone other then me. Went to pick it up and it was stolen. They did not require anyone to sign to pick it up. Just gave the keys to a stranger. They told me they were not liable for it. Said it was on me.I never seen anything like it. You want to stay clear from this place.
