OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN ALL AREAS!!

Very helpful staff

I was looking for a specific car and they went out of their way to find it for me. After searching multiple dealerships, we finally agreed to order a 2016. They were very helpful along the way in keeping me updated on the arrival of my new car.

2016 Accord Sedan Touring

Although the Honda Accord sells itself, Keith, Bryan and Victor possessed the following qualities that make "departing with my money less painful". i.e. Good Appearance, Cheerfulness, Self-Confidence, Sociability, Patience, Tolerance; plus, they knew their Honda stuff! Finally completed

We could not agree on a selling price as we negotiated. We left the dealership but as we headed home , we got a call from the dealer offering us the deal that was rejected initially. So we returned and signees all the papers and a new car was ordered from the factory.

Excellent

Excellent service. Felt very welcomed and well informed of the vehicles. Greeted as soon as I stepped out of the car. Wonderful experience for my first time getting a car!

Very good.

Very accommodating, helpful, polite, good communication. This is the 15th Honda vehicle we have leased or purchased over the past 20 years. Victor Piccione was extremely helpful and a very good communicator.

buying a certified pre owned honda civic

We were looking to replace a Civic for our son, and Keith Cruse made our car purchase today so easy. Having located the car on Auto Trader, and called the dealer we got Keith on the phone. He let us know he had the car on the lot that we wanted, and would have it ready for us at 2pm as we requested. We drove from Hampton, and when we got to the dealership we saw our car cleaned of snow and in front as we pulled in. Keith met us as we walked in the door, and he was able to take us on a test drive right away. It was a bitterly cold day and Keith replaced the battery when he found, after our purchase that the battery had died. He was professional and courteous.

Hassle free

Friendly staff, very hassle free purchase of a vehicle. I purchased my second vehicle because of the ease of buying with Preston Honda. I will return for future vehicle purchases.

An experience like no other

The sales manager by the name of Victor had called me to let me know I can get get out of my vehicle and potentially into a new vehicle with a lower interest rate, on the phone he was extremely cordial and professional. It's been a while since I bought my last vehicle there. Upon entering the dealership I was introduced to Victor and also met the GM by the name of Jimmy who was also very kind, professional and very accommodating. Victor got me a coffee right away made sure I was comfortable and let me know he will be doing all he can to make this happen for me tonight. Not only did the deal work out, my experience there was top notch. Customer satisfaction at its finest, this experience really proved to me and my family that the car buying experience is truly changing to a more transparent culture which Victor made sure to explain to me the culture of the Preston organization. I will be letting a lot of my colleagues and family Know that this is where to come for any vehicle needs.
