Internet Sales
I requested a test drive and someone to give a trade in value on my own vehicle from the website. Evan responded in minutes & made sure the vehicle requested would be waiting for me. He was extremely friendly & made the entire experience much easier. He told me he was newer to the company but he was very knowledgeable with the vehicles and the whole process. He is a great addition to your company. We were both excited when I made the purchase & he told me it was his first sale. He did an outstanding job at helping me with my decisions. He also followed up to make sure I was still enjoying my new purchase. I also had to ask him to check my trade in for a garage door opener I left behind. Not what I hoped for
Purchasing a new vehicle here was a very easy experience. However, when I went for a simple oil change, things were not as pleasurable. They came up with multiple other things to do to my less than year old Odyssey. I agreed to allow one wiper blade to be changed. 2 days later, a crack developed across half of my windshield while sitting in a hot parking lot. Upon inspection, it started from a chip underneath where the blade comes off (not in the open space of the windshield where a rock could hit). They denied responsibility. Said they would cover $200 of the windshield replacement (windshield ended up being almost $900). This is NOT what I think of good customer service. I was very disappointed and will not return for service or car purchase again.

Best car buying experience ever
My wife and I were looking for a new 2016 Pilot, and we worked with Keith, Victor, and Bryan. Keith was very friendly, knowledgeable, and treated us very well. Victor made everything transparent and that's truly the most important part for us. Bryan explained the pros & cons of each financing option patiently and clearly. Problems with lug nuts and studs.
Mechanics at Preston Honda in New Castle, Pa. have cross threaded the lug nuts/ studs 4 times (when I have had tires rotated etc. Then unable to easily remove studs. This is the only place where my car is serviced so they are responsible for not properly replacing wheel studs. Need to slow down and use a torque wrench instead of powering -on the studs. Besides the hours of time that this has inconvenienced me (while they struggle to replace the damaged studs), they once damaged my front wheel bearings in the process. It took a lot of assertiveness and insistence on my part to convince the service manager that the new "grinding" sound was not my tires! (I was told a lot of nonsense by the service manager before Preston Honda assumed responsibility). Eventually they replaced my wheel bearings, which their mechanic had damaged, at no charge. Since that experience, they have damaged the lug nuts and wheel studs, two more times during tire rotation. :( I am totally did-satisfied with this and am wary of having them touch the wheels on my Honda. Their garage needs to adopt a different policy for tightening wheel studs - if it means slowing down and doing this by hand ---- then WHY DON"T THEY DO THAT ????? I will be making an appointment to speak, in person, with dealership owner, Bob Preston, if this happens again.

Wonderful Experience!
I visited several dealerships prior to purchasing my new car. Most salesmen rub me the wrong way, but when I met Larissa Stefano, I found a salesperson who was friendly, honest, and efficient. There was no game play and that lead to an all-around wonderful experience. I'd definitely recommend Preston Honda, as well as Larissa, to anyone looking for a new vehicle. And I'd definitely go back there when the time comes for the next new car.
