Great Service Dept

My car needed a 70,000 checkup and I had a few additional issues I wanted looked at. (I'm not a "car person" so I appreciate that Ciocca understands my explanations, lol.) The courtesy van driver is on time and cheerful,the technician called to explain everything and all work was completed on time. I had a question about my invoice and it was promptly corrected - they have very competitve pricing. The waiting area is clean and inviting with phone charging stations and refreshments. All the Ciocca employees are plesant, courteous and knowledgable. I bought my car here and I always bring it here for service.

Back Again!

My husband and I leased a cr-v in October and we were very pleased with everything Ciocca offers. So happy that we were back in February to lease a civic as well! Very happy with the customer service, waiting area, and how clean everything was.

The Ciocca Promise

I drive up from Parkville MD yesterday to take a look at a car I saw on Cars.com. I scheduled an appointment with Tom Calliona, Internet Sales Manager, and when I arrived Coz met me at the door. He was polite, genuine, and very patient, as I had planned to visit several dealerships this weekend to find the right Camry. I was also greeted personally by the manager and several other salespersons. Long story short, Coz made me feel like I did not need to look further. This customer service experience is unlike any other experience ina car dealership, and I shopped around quite a bit for this vehicle. Thanks to the gents over at Ciocca, who do customer service right and genuinely care for their customers. I'm very pleased with the service!

The Ciocca Promise

Drove up from Baltimore, MD and bought a used car yesterday from the Ciocca dealership in Hamilton, PA. These guys genuinely care about their customers and you can tell by the way they serve you. I was greeted by several people who shook my hand although they were not the salesman I was dealing with. They were all genuine and really looked out for me. I recommend this dealership!

Service

I brought my 2016 Pilot in for oil change on 1/17/2017. I was greeted immediately by friendly, helpful service people, who quickly got my information. They also suggested what other services were due for my car due to the level of mileage driven - but they were not pushy. The service was quick. The complimentary coffee and water was a nice touch. I was able to relax, catch up on some emails and then was quickly on my way. Thank you.

Couldn't ask for anything better!

I recently needed to upgrade from my Honda Fit to a larger vehicle due to family growth. I purchased my Fit from Ciocca Honda a few years ago. i live out of state but knew that the purchase of my Fit was great through Ciocca so even being 3 hours away I wanted to look at purchasing from Ciocca again. I loved my Fit and I was sure I wanted to stay with another Honda. Brian Lewis was FANTASTIC with assisting me with different vehicle options via email since I couldn't realistically be there to check out vehicles. Once we located a vehicle that we wanted to look at, Brian Lewis made all the preparations for us to travel to the dealership and check it out. Once there Mr. Lewis introduced us to Joe Barone. Mr. Barone was very diligent and knowledgable while showing us the vehicle and going for a test drive. You could tell immediately that Mr. Barone could answer any questions that we have had! During the process we were at the dealership over the lunch time hours with my wife and 3 children. Mr. Barone ordered us pizza so that my boys didn't miss out on lunch. Everything went so smoothly and I couldn't ask for a better buying experience. This personal touch from everyone at Ciocca Honda is why even with living out of state I will forever purchase any of my future vehicles from there. A customer for life! I can't say thank you enough!!! I also want to give a shout out to James Jimenez from the Finance team! He made the paper work aspect quick and simple! He explained everything we had to fill out so I knew what was going on. A great group of people that made my second car buying experience a fantastic success! We love our Honda Odyssey!!!

Great Experience Buying a Used Car at Ciocca Honda

On 1/11/17, I purchased a used vehicle at Ciocca Honda. It was a great experience and I will use them again for future auto needs. Because it was a 1 hr drive for me, I requested that they hold the car for me. They accommodated that request and more. They greeted me and had the vehicle pulled up near the building. It was clear to me that they had run the vehicle through their shop to ensure it met their standards and mine. They put different color temporary paint on the windshield to signify that it had gone through the various readiness steps and checks. The sales staff including Curtis and Wes ensured all my questions were answered and negotiated a good value for my trade in and a great price on the used vehicle for me to purchase. The finance staff had everything prepped and was very efficient. Even coordinated my wife coming in the next day to sign required documents. Thanks so much Ciocca Honda - I'll be back!

Great car buying experience

Got a referral from TrueCar via my credit union. You all had the best price by far for a 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L. I met with Tyler Lewis and even though you are not the closest dealership and other said they would match your price, I was convinced I wanted to buy from you all because of Tyler's service and my experience test driving and hearing about the dealership with him.

Ciocca Honda is A++

Ciocca Honda is the best. You get top notch customer service when buying a new and used vehicle. Dylan was a gem to work with and knew exactly what I needed when I described my use for a vehicle. Went for a 2017 Ridgeline and purchased it and they also had an immaculate 08 Honda Accord I just could not resist. Thanks so much for starting out 2017 with a BANG

Love our Honda Fit

I was looking for a reliable car for my 17 year old son. We were online for a week looking specifically for a Honda. We test drove one other car at a different dealer, but it just wasn't the right fit. When he saw the Fit you offered online, he fell in love with it. We are 100% Honda-car family, so we were excited to drive it. Coz, our sales guy, was amazing! He was so friendly and really made us feel comfortable. We drove over an hour to the dealership, and it was well-worth it! We are only one week out from buying the car, so assuming it stays as awesome as it is right now, I would gladly drive another hour, back to Ciocca Honda for our next car!
